My first purchases with Moda in Pelle were good but mostly difficult - some customer service personnel were helpful but I needed to phone one of the shops to get more understanding of the colours (some of the trainer colours were faded and some block and some colours didn't look like the colour describing them). This was the main difficulty for me. The website doesn't truly reflect the colours in actuality. I have had to return 2 items and let's be honest, who has the time to faff with doing that when the description and photos could be more accurate. It's been a learning curve. I work hard to earn my money and expect a high level of service from those I choose to purchase from. I will look at Moda items again (probably in the sale) because the quality of the leather is very good but so are other similar companies who are more straight forward in their description of their products and more accessible to me in store.
