I was disappointed on receiving a pair of sandals that showed clear wear on one sandal. The return to store was easy but I was once more disappointed to see that the store manager glossed over what I could see was signs of wear on one sandal. She went on to repack the shoes as a pair - with the risk that another customer could receive them. It also prevented me re-ordering, in case I just got the same pair back! Still gave three stars as another pair of sandals were gorgeous- as I usual expect from Moda in Pelle
