The boots I ordered had already been worn. Had scratch marks along the sides and the sole was falling off the heals. They still managed to miss quality control and be posted out to me. Very disappointed as I have had many great shoes from M in P.
I drove from Derby to Downtown in Grantham to be told they couldn't process my refund! I left them anyway in the store with member of staff. A different person called me the next day and told me they had managed to process my refund.
All very stressful for 1 pair of boots.
