I ordered a pair of ankle boots as a gift for my daughter. She’s worn them out three times, approximately two weeks apart, and one of the lace cleats has come off already!! VERY disappointing.
I hadn’t kept the paperwork as she initially loved them, so I can’t return them. I’m going to see if the local shoe repair shop can fix them.
