My order was delivered pretty quickly - unfortunately I had to do a return. The original bag had been shrunk so it was too small to repackage the shoes so I had to buy a new bag which was slightly annoying. Refund took a few days too - other companies I’ve bought from have managed refunds much quicker, so overall a pretty mediocre experience.
