My wife has bought several excellent Moda products from Stingers in Lytham, when she saw the handbag online she thought it would be an excellent purchase. It was everything she expected with just one unpleasant addition, the bag stank. The bag was packed flat, as it must have been straight from the manufacturer, unfortunately, it has a stomach-churning fishy smell inside and despite using some air fresh and other on-line tips it is still quite pungent. The customer service team did offer to replace or refund but liking the bag we were left in a quadry. The only practical advice on offer was to air the bag, so it was a search for online tips that after over a week the bag became almost acceptable to use. I will not beusing Moda online in future
