I purchased a pair of trainers from daniels in windsor in the sale, they didn't suit me so I read your returns policy on the wesite to make sure I could return them, it all seemed fine so I took them back only to be told that Daniels had a different policy. The assistant refunded me after I said about the refund policy on the website but she wasn't happy about doing so and I wasn't made to feel valued.
