I bought sandals, as I buy most of my footwear from you I assumed they would be perfect. My husband put the box in recycle and when I saw that the snake print on the sandals was so different that I could not wear them as a pair. I returned them to the shop but was refused a return as no box. I emailed customer service and they refused as well, I then asked issue to be raised with a manager who agreed the return. This took 3 weeks and was hassle. I understand that as a customer I was within my rights to have the sandals returned without the box, this was stated by Binns manager when I tried to return the sandals there - another mistake. As a good customer I feel my treatment left me dissatisfied.
