I e mailed that the builder was having a problem. Sent pictures to Thom. Rang when I got no response. Was told I would get a call back. Instead I got an e mail saying no one at Moda could help. Thom was contacting the manufacturer and would get back to me. That was Thursday . Heard nothing since.
