Ordered a hardwood front door on 15th August, which was delivered on 19th August with dents in two places clearly visible through torn plastic wrapping. Courier took photos and noted on the delivery information. Rang Moda the following morning to request a replacement or refund to cover the cost and inconvenience of filling and sanding the damaged door received. Chased up three times in nine days without any success and waited for three days more before a figure of £45 was finally made. ( Which I accepted the same day, 30th August andasked for theamount to be credited to my card. ) Today is Friday 8th September and I have still not received the credit!!!!
