Overall, excellent service from Callum. I bought an oak door for a non-standard doorway, and on receipt I found that what I had planned - padding out the doorframe - wouldn't be right. I have now returned the "wrong" door and am in the process of buying a bespoke door. The mistakes were entirely mine, but Callum was extremely patient and helped me through the process. A good ambassador for your company
