I would prefer not to leave even one single star! I bought a memory card from their website 3 - THREE - weeks ago. Instead of sending my order they sent me 3 empty micro SD card readers. I emailed them twice but they don't reply; I've phoned the several times - either it's engaged or they don't answer. Truly terrible customer service, & right now I feel like I've been robbed since there is NO sign of my order.
