I ordered a manual wheelchair, as such I didn’t get all the phone calls they stated on their site after you ordered to make sure the equipment is right for you etc.. to be honest I’d give 5 starts if it wasn’t for the fact I didn’t know who was delivering and what day, so I missed the delivery and that caused a 4day delay. It would of been helpful for me and delivery company if they had sent an email to say, your item will be delivered today and this is your delivery company name and tracking number, they’ll be expected between 1pm -3pm…. Love my new chair though and price and payment plan was good too.
