Dear Adam was absolutely fantastic! He was wonderful and thank goodness Adam was covering for staff in the Loughborough shop when i called in. Adam sets an exemplary example of how to satisfy a customer's needs (which is your business). My mobility-restricted father is very grateful indeed to dear Adam. Very regretfully the member of the Loughborough staff (not Steve; Steve was really nice and helpful) was horrible. Your link below is faulty. Communication was by phone with wonderful Adam and in person at the shop. You have discontinued the Gordon Ellis grab handles so you force us to shop elsewhere because, in comparison, the Atlantic handle is far inferior.
