Terrible customer service when trying to do a full custom belt. Inattentive and uncaring, despite advertising they want to help.
Pull bait and switch on customers saying they can do one thing and then no doing it. Unapologetic for their mistakes, with zero interest in making it right.
Also order a size up as the belts run on the small side.
