I've started 'Starting Strength'. I was using a cheap nylon belt and it didn't seem solid enough. Checked 'Starting Strength' web site and Rip recommended his 3inch single prong belt. No way could I afford £160 + shipping. So started looking for an alternative. So glad I did. Bought a ModiFit Elite 3" powerlifting belt. When it arrived I was knocked out by the quality. It's a beautiful functional item that will last longer than I will. If you need a belt and take training seriously, invest in a belt from Mobilty Tools! One thing I would say is order larger than you think.
