Website ordering was a problem but once reported, Mobility Giant contacted and went through the glitch on the system together which meant I could order my scooter. Customer service was brilliant. I was updated regularly on the delivery of my scooter. Jason who delivered the scooter was great too. Helpful and knowledgeable about the scooter I purchased. Would definitely recommend
