I purchased a kimco midi a few weeks ago.
The scooter looks brand new,however the battery failed, I phoned Mobility Giant, the young lady I spoke to was very helpful & arranged for a engineer to visit, he duly called, fitted new battery ( thanks Matt ) The service I received was excellent & I would certainly recommend this company to anyone
