I recently purchased a used TGA Vita E from Mobility Giant Ltd via ebay for my father. Communication from Mobility Giant was excellent from start to finish with delivery exactly when agreed (even got a call when they were 30mins away) and the features of the scooter were very helpfully explained and demonstrated to my dad by the delivery person. I'm not generally someone who chooses to leave reviews, but credit where credit is due, this was a great purchase from a firm who know their business and have got their customer service just right.
