These guys are off the scale in terms of Customer service!!! I talked to half a dozen data recovery operations before settling on these guys. After 35 years in Computer Science directly involved in highly reliable telecoms systems, I had a pretty good idea that the critical HD wasn't even spinning and that it needed a proper Clean Room to open and repair the drive. These guys have a proper clean room! I drove for 6 hours so that I could see it myself (such was the importance of the data on the drive). The team worked late the night after I hand delivered the drive and provided me with the critical folder by the time I got back to the office. I cannot say enough good things about these guys...they literally dug me out of a huge hole.
