Fantastic customer service. Plenty of communication regarding the delivery of my order. The item arrived well within the timeframe, was packaged well and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately the order itself came with one small piece missing but having contacted the company a replacement was arranged and the delivery of this was very swift. As a sign of goodwill I was offered to keep the original order should l need any replacement pieces in the future. The replacement item came complete and is very robust.
