Ordered the Swirly folding metal garden bench as a birthday present for myself. Got a 10% discount for signing up to Shabby's news letter. Price was good considering the material and design. Love the fact it folds flat and can be stored away for the winter. Great it's metal as hard-wearing and won't rot. After reading reviews I was a little worried, but the bench was delivered today exactly within their advertised time schedule. I did have to email the company, as I kept receiving emails saying 'last chance to complete your order' even though I'd completed the order and paid via PayPal. I was advised it was a glitch in the system, the order had gone through ok and payment had been made, I was advised my bench would be delivered on Friday (10/7) but on that day I received a message advising of delivery today (13/7) and that I would receive a text message the night before to advise of my delivery slot. I was apprehensive but sure enough last night I received my text giving me my 2 hour window. This morning I received another text telling me what number I was in the delivery for that day (15 of 18) and could track the delivery. The tracker worked and when they were on drop 12 they rang to advise they'd be with me in 30-60 minutes. Then a text was received when one drop away and then a phone call to say they were on their way. Great delivery and updates by Panther. Bench received, unwrapped and I love it.
