No problems taking my money but trying to get a refund out of them is absolutely shocking!! I have had to chase it 3 times and I get exactly the same replies ‘I can only apologise for the delay with your refund, we are currently experiencing a slight delay with this but can confirm your refund has been processed back to your bank account.
We understand that this delay is frustrating, and this is not something we expect for our amazing customers to experience when shopping with us. Please know that we are working around the clock to ensure all returns and refunds are processed as quickly as possible.

From what I’ve seen on the other reviews this seems their standardised answer!! A month After my parcel being returned I am still non the wiser as to when they will refund me and still charge me for returning the goods they can’t be bothered to refund!! Their usual 5 working days is way over due 😡
Safe to say I won’t be using them again!! Steer clear!!
