“Charlotte was amazing from start to finish, with a purchase and remortgage. She was very friendly, answering any questions I had, even about solicitor questions, she would chase the solicitors to try and get the process finished always kept me in the loop without me chasing.
We had problems with the mortgage company and we had to change company it was no problem. She’d often call us on weekends and evenings and on her days off her work ethic is really good. A lovely all round experience, I would highly recommend Charlotte.
