Dan and the team were brilliant from start to finish. After lots of research and various conversations and quotes from all the big architectural glazing companies I finally came across Ultraline after seeing them tagged on Pintrest. We popped down one morning to see them at the showroom in Kent, came up with various sliding door combinations and were able to provide a quote there and then (a very competitive one). The same afternoon they came to the house to measure up and all the details were confirmed. We made a colour change to the doors after they went into production and they were able to accommodate it without any extra charge or delay. We were kept up to date with production and the delivery date was set. The day of installation in mid Feb was very wet and windy one. With all the building work going on at the house and only a sub base for a driveway the mobile crane/crawler buried itself. Its at this point I was expecting the install team to say they couldn't do it, would need different equipment and reschedule. The complete opposite. They spent a couple of hours digging the crane out, called in some more of the team from a job a few hours away and then unloaded and installed the 7m+ doors and fixed windows late into the evening without a moan between them. The finished windows and doors look superb, work perfectly and are the statement feature. These guys are the real deal, professional, courteous & competitive.
