We ordered a Range Rover Evoque model car for our grandsons birthday which was due for delivery 5 days prior to his birthday. When it did not arrive by the expected date we contacted you and were told that the item ordered was not in stock. The person on the phone was helpful but could only offer a Range Rover Sport as a replacement which was not the model we wanted. However we accepted the offer and he arranged delivery in time for the date of his birthday. However, as stated it was not the model we wanted.
