Online / website all very easy. There was no confirmation email however and when I followed this up no one answered the telephones at all, either here or at the parent company and no one replied to emails. After several concerning days I received a communication from the delivery company that delivery was the next day and they had no (working) parcel tracking either. Fridge arrived in excellent condition and although there are some oddities with setting the temperature it appears good. I would like to be able to have a quick conversation with someone about this but not willing to waste more time on phone lines that are never answered. I am unable to fill out the questionnaire on communicating with the company because I was unable to and still have not receives reply.
