Love the website and content and was kept up to date with delivery date by emails but all is let down by delivery costs. I brought an item that was too large cost £4.99 for p&p to return item will cost another £4.99 to reorder will cost another £4.99 nearly £15 all in so ‘discounts’ are a mockery. I’m not risking ordering another size in case that is also unsuitable and needs returning! The order email clearly states free collection so I’m very confused???
