Very poor service - I was posted the wrong rug, then I was inconvenienced to have to return this rug before the correct rug could be sent ...only to be refunded rather than the correct rug posted! Hardly a hassle free purchase! No compensation for any of the hassle and my time in emails, on the phone or packaging the wrong rug and queuing in the post office! Not to mention the delay waiting of the rug I ordered to arrive! Very poorly handled.
