It took over a week for the parcel to be sent to the courier despite the fact that I should of received it within 5 days.
Once with the courier it took another 3 days of constant calling them chasing the delivery until, out of sheer desperation, I went to the depot and waited over an hour to collect my parcel otherwise it would have been at least another 2 days before I might have received it. Disgusting service !!!
