I may as well have gone to the shop and picked my goods myself, the assistant (ironically) could not find my goods and seemed quite uninterested when I pointed out some were missing and I was told rudely ‘you have to work with us’ I was offered no help to put my goods into the car. Won’t bother with click and collect again.
