I have ordered duck and goose layer pellets previously and found the quality good. However the service for my latest purchase is unsatisfactory.
The foul food still hadn't arrived three weeks later. I emailed to find the company they used to deliver their items couldn't find my address, despite delivering there previously.
I have since emailed Millbry Hill three times with no response, I have requested a refund since due to the abysmal customer service.
I won't be shopping with them again
