Same as myself, she appreciates detail and genuinely come across as an empathetic, putting herself in the shoes of the person on the opposite side of an e-mail professional who understands how much sending even a smallest udpate means and builds trust. Equally, Claire (Managaing Director) has been super attentive, devoted her time and put extra effort to reassure me about the service quality they, as a company, care deeply about and take seriously.
