Shockingly bad customer service - I ordered 2sets of extensions 1 for my client and 1 for myself with a standard 5days delivery. They refused to send me both the sets because one was out of stock and made me cancel half of my order so I can receive the ones that was on stock, being very rude and unapologetic in their correspondence. 9days later 2email later I had to chase them up just to find out that none of my order was actually put through or updated. The Quality of the hair is definitely changed, much thinner than the ones before. Also don’t like the fact that their official site on Instagram has a bithy tone to it with all their hater memes - being a bithc is not attractive anymore, has noone told you that? Also unprofessional.
