I am appalled with the way they have dealt with my situation, the website and pictures are deceiving I bought from milk and blush however the hair quality and texture is below what I expected it does not match my hair at all and is very shiny giving a synthetic, I have asked for a refund and they said they can’t issue a refund due to hygiene purposes but they are willing to take the hair back for an exchange!!! What??!? Don’t purchase from them they will scam you out your money
