I ordered some nanos from milk and blush and the colour seemed much lighter than the picture online. I did open the package, but not the netting the hair was packaged in. I contacted them and they were great, they have exchanged for a darker shade and posted my new order out within a day of me emailing them. I have ordered hair extensions before from them and it’s the best I’ve purchased, it wears really well and feels and looks great quality. I honestly cannot fault them and would not order from anywhere else. 5 stars!
