They was Professional and prompt in communication throughout. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, both by email and phone. I can’t remember the man’s name who I first met in viewing the house but he was lovely and very helpful giving me all the information and also offering to help find me a house if this one didn’t work out Michael tuck is breath of fresh air compared to some other letting agents in Cheltenham and Gloucester!
