I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to Michael Tuck, based on my experience. I was a first time landlord, renting out a retirement apartment, and didn’t have a clue! I dealt in the main with Lianne Hancox, who was superb - friendly, efficient, and with a lot of experience as Lettings Manager. During the twelve months of the tenancy, and previously in marketing the apartment, I had excellent service, and didn’t worry about a thing, as the agency dealt with everything. Unfortunately, my new tenant requires a type of tenancy they don’t deal with, otherwise I would be still on the books!
