Having visited the Barbour factory outlet store only to be told they didn't have the jacket I wanted in my size and colour and they couldn't secure one either, my wife found the jacket in the right size and colour at Michael Stewart. It was easy to register and use the service and the jacket arrived on time and with a hand written comment thanking me for my custom. The best bit, it was £40 cheaper than the factory outlet
