Great price, order process, communication and shipping (international) on a Barbour jacket and waistcoat liner. However, even though the jacket and waistcoat liner were ordered in the same size, the waistcoat liner was way too big. Unfortunately, the shipping of international returns/exchanges are not handled well. The cost of the return shipping (paid by the customer) was more than the price of the waistcoat liner not to mention a complicated procedure to ensure it was not treated as an import requiring additional taxes. It would be helpful to provide a mechanism for international customers to facilitate returns and exchanges without the shipping cost being greater than cost of the product.
