We were so impressed by Miami Spas and Superior Wellness from the beginning and having used our hot tub for 2 months now, I wanted to leave an honest and fair review. This company is excellent, not only in the products they supply but their staff and attention to detail outshone anyone we have purchased from before. It was a dreary day when the team arrived to fit our spa in November and we also received a surprise visit from Amanda and Rachel who were the girls who fulfilled our order online. What a wonderful team, this is how you would want every purchase to be. They were kind, informative, helpful and nothing was a problem. They explained everything thoroughly and a tiny part was missing which was soon dispatched and dealt with.
