I was told the engineer would be first call at 8am. He was sent to an address in Burbage which is the home of our Chapel treasurer. He finally arrived at Chapel at 8.50am and did a first-rate job. I think your admin department needs to be aware of this. When I booked the appointment we went through all of our details as I have just taken on the responsibility of dealing with our Chapel heating
