I have used Mellor for a few years and would normally give 5 stars [ good stockholding, keen prices, reasonable delivery charges and attentive helpline]. However, latest transaction got tangled up in the Xmas period and there was some confusion about when the website would be open for ordering. This caused some mild embarrassment with my client. Highly recommended.
