My order was delivered in a damaged parcel bag and part of the order had been removed by unknown persons before handling by Royal Mail. I contacted Mega-Nutrition and provided photographic evidence for the damaged parcel. Mega-Nutrition immediately re-sent the order in full and an apology for the inconvenience caused. I am completely satisfied with their service.
