This situation has delayed a relatively simple move by WEEKS, for example it took more than a week, just to provide the completion statement and all dealings with them have created a huge amount of stress and frustration. At the same time, I have been dealing with a real-life conveyancer with regard to the purchase property and they have been fantastic to deal with. Do yourself and your stress levels a huge favour and use a traditional conveyancer. It will probably save you money in the end because of the time saved.
