It's a shame 0 stars isn't an option, so you'll just have to imagine that's what I've given. Bought a "top of the range" erazer X30 in November 2022, and in the first 2 months it burnt through 2 power supplies - at this point, Medion seemed pretty good, in as much as they replaced the PSU's without delay. A few months later, the graphics failed - immediate RTB arranged, and after a few days the unrepaired machine came back. A month later it died again, exactly the same fault. First collection was cancelled by some drone at Medion on the grounds that the picture of the laptop not working was "too old" - seriously, a picture of a £2300 paperweight has to be a specific age. Machine was eventually collected after which Medion sat on it for a month - when pressed for information under threat of the machine being rejected as unfit for purpose, they eventually advised that they can't fix it. Have been offered a significantly lower spec machine as a replacement, so obviously that's been rejected - pretty sure I'll be reclaiming the purchase price from Barclaycard.
