Ordered a box on 10 Dec as a Christmas present and requested delivery for 22 Dec. It turns out that the track my order function isn’t possible and when my order didn’t arrive on time I contacted their customer service team, who told me that Royal Mail were very busy and it should arrive in the next day or so. Spoiler alert- it didn’t and didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed customer services to let them know it hadn’t arrived and express my disappointment and didn’t receive a response. I emailed again a few days later to ask for an update as to where my order was and received an out of office email, stating they were back on 5 Jan. By the 6 Jan I still had not received any communication so I rang Meatbox. I wasn’t offered any apology and was told that they would send a new order out straight away. This has now arrived, but I’m still awaiting the apology or an offer of a refund of postage….maybe I was unlucky, but not sure I’d trust them with my business again, especially not if it’s a gift!
