Yes order a replacement log burner glass sent you money and then receive a message saying you need template! Sent template and measurements again only to be sent another message that you wanted it in mm and that it would cost £45 more!! Also why couldn’t you change the measurement from cm to mm you also had the template!! Absolutely disgusting dishonest service, please return the money paid to MR Wiltshire the glass was ordered for his sister mr Ann Bayliss
