I love ME+EM, many items are so beautiful with great attention to details! The quality varies though unfortunately.
Also, no matter how big is your order you have to pay for a delivery! I have ordered once for almost £1000 and they still charged for £5 for delivery…really? you don’t make enough profit to incorporate this charges in the order??
I had to return a dress which came with a damaged button so a bit disappointing.
Also I find the company’s strategy/values a bit inconsistent. You sent an email whita a beautiful story about why you don’t do Black Friday sale, saying that you want the purchases not to be rushed and you don’t believe in fast fashion etc and you prefer to donate to charity….and after like 2 weeks you starting a big sale sending lots of emails, new lines added to sale etc. not sure if this works in your favour. It is nice to get a discount but I have bought a full priced items which were discounted within weeks…so now I know I have to just wait a bit longer to get what I want for a discounted price.
The return process is easy enough with an option to return to a shop which I like.
