Whilst I like the mandolin that I purchased, it was not the specification described in the advertisement. I emailed you 3 times to enquire about this and have not received a reply. I would not call this good customer service.
I also notice that in your 'How quick did the company reply' boxes, you do not have a 'not at all' box.
